1.) Restructure of Hypr folder in ~/.config/hypr to prepare for future upgrade plans
2.) Adding Swaync configs to replace dunst. Dunst config will be replaced
3.) Tweaking of most scripts to adopt to swaync notifications
4.) Minor adjustments of initial-boot.sh script for better upgrade compatibility
5.) Adding templates for contributing, bug report, etc
