In some operating systems, uptime command is taken from GNU coreutils and as such
uptime -pwill result in error (adi1090x/rofi#15).This PR adds a workaround script to parse
/proc/uptimeget the actual uptime, ifuptime -pis not available.Additionally, use --immediate to lock the screen if user clicks Lock.
