I was fixing some fetcher test and noticed that the ACM Fetcher fails again.

I digged a bit further and found that the Layout of the search page has changed. The DOIs are now part of an a-tag.
Another option would be parse the RSS feed. The RSS feed is based on the PRISM standard and encapsulates DublinCore (JabRef can parse that already from XMP). So this could maybe
another option.
