Google maps content provider doesn't work anymore

Maybe not a bug, but the links that I get from Google Maps aren't at maps.google.com any more. Maybe we should cut the content provider (or update it)

Just add "http://www.google.com" to the list of Domains in the content provider.

I also noticed another problem with the MediaFormatString. The argument string tokens in the iframe source are not escaped with double braces. This caused a string format exception.
