[Metal Tracker] Login failed: No form found (Config) #4870

I get the following error when trying to configure Metal Tracker:
Login failed: No form found on http://en.metal-tracker.com/user/login.html using form selector form

Enhanced log attached.

Mono version (if not using Windows): N/A
