Jackett cannot currently solve the cloudflare anti-DDoS challenge.
There is an experimental solve #9029 but this is some time away from being released.
In the mean time your only option is to try a VPN that allocates an IP address from a region of the world where cloudflare is not blocking, (assuming they are not just challenging everyone), or go back to using your browser to access the site.
