A (soon to be) great way start to a new nodejs app using typescript!
The only package that does anything currently is fastify

- Base template, an esbuild setup, with hot reloading and nice dev deps from the start
- Prisma, when you need a database
- Better overwrite logic
- Error checking on app name
- Write tests
- More checks/options for getting project name / path
- Correct ts config and es lint
