ToolBar button management fails on two perspectives when second is initially inactive #11

Two Perspectives (quickstart archetype), set Perspective 2 as deactivated (in annotation), start the application and press button to switch to Perspective two. In this case all Buttons from Perspective one are visible also they should be hided.

Fixed by checking previous perspective while initializing new perspective
