I am trying to install easyocr using python 3.11.2 and i keep getting this error

#19497: MAINT: set Python version for 1.21.x to <3.11

We need to bump up the version of numpy

is there no way of running it on the newer versions of python? i only managed to make it work using conda but on python 3.10
