Reagent Bags Break

Adding an option to show a break before reagent bags in inventory and bank.

Notes:

• I've only added translation for English so far since I'm not entirely sure how you want it described.
• I left the spacing at a half line as it looked better when I tried it in game but obviously it's your project and you have free hands to change it.
