Rocket Calendar

Rocket Calendar is a hobby project created in C# using WPF UI, MVVM architecture, and .NET 8. It serves as a versatile desktop application tailored for fantasy world-building enthusiasts, particularly beneficial for Dungeons and Dragons campaigns and similar realms of imagination.

  • Customizable Calendars: Design calendars to mirror the unique rhythms of fictional worlds, adjusting parameters such as day and month lengths.

  • Event Tracking: Seamlessly integrated event tracking allows dungeon masters and players to meticulously plan and chronicle their adventures, ensuring no detail is lost in the storytelling.

  • Data Accessibility: Export your events list to either an Excel or XML file format and select whether to include private events that are not yet ready to be shared.

Get Started

Download and run the RocketCalendarSetup.msi file to install Rocket Calendar.

Using the Repository

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/yourusername/rocket-calendar.git
  2. Open the solution file RocketCalendar.sln in Visual Studio.

  3. Build and run the project.
