Sets chrome driver options out of the box for python selenium on Macbook w M1 chip
This was tested by brew-installing the chrome driver, which automatically sets the driver on PATH
Installs utility script for importing a chromedriver with proper chrome options. Requires chromedriver to be installed on PATH
