Slow startup time #1534

I am using windows terminal (not preview). I am using my own custom oh-my-posh theme. I have been getting slow startup time which range from 3000ms-8000ms. Is it normal? How can i solve this? It is kinda annoying when i wanna code something important

I suppose you're using PowerShell? You can use Write-PoshDebug to display where oh-my-posh spends its time.

Nothing to do with windows terminal. As @JanDeDobbeleer said, git calls are slow on windows.
