Description

feat(jans-core): remove UPDATE_USER and USER_REGISTRATION scripts

(Mike's request)

we should remove UPDATE_USER and USER_REGISTRATION
its a legacy feature
The best way to do this is via SCIM now
We don’t want the admin UI to be internet facing
UPDATE_USER was used from the admin UI, but it’s not a good idea
At this point, the admin ui uses SCIM for user mgt. anyway
