App crash - on request timeout (i think) #2

Running this in Heroku - noticed started getting lots of "App Crashed" after a while with service status 503 - URL for Mapserver is https://www.fws.gov/wetlands/arcgis/rest/services/Wetlands/MapServer

It works for a little while then an unhandled error event occurs after a request timeout here is a snippet of the error code.

Not sure if there is some error catch/retry logic that needs to be added into the app to keep the whole thing from crashing?
