Record difference upon game master data changes.
Tracks changes to kcsapi/api_start2 using deep-diff.
This repo also keeps records of both changes and the master data itself. See MasterData for detail.
Note: Timestamp 1537683246246 is the first record since phase 2, sorry that I wasn't have time or in the mood of fixing this earlier...
