Option to hide download icon/button next to chapters

There should be an option to hide the download icon next to chapters and put it into the press-and-hold menu to reduce clutter and avoid accidental presses

Other details

This feature was already requested and rejected in the main Tachiyomi issues. I also don't use the download feature at all.
