Per-series 32-bit color option & quick access

Describe your suggested feature

• make the 32bit color switch accessible from the in-reader popup settings
• make the 32bit color setting overwtirable per-series, with the main toggle in settings acting like the default

qol feature. for webtoons i usually turn it on but i keep it off for manga
