This project repo is now purely an integration repo (admin scripts have been moved to jaws-libp)

Releases now just indicate which versions of each service to use together. This latest release uses the versions as defined in examples/compose:

• jaws-libp v4.6.3 / jaws-libj v4.6.0
• jaws-effective-processor v4.3.0
• jaws-epics2kafka v4.6.0
• jaws-registrations2epics v4.3.0

The changes included in this release (other than organizational) include:

• Bumped Kafka and dropped ZooKeeper
• Added optional "device" field to alarm instance
