This PR replaces #7254 which somehow got corrupted beyond my ability to fix it
This PR applies some tweaks to the "HelloThere" tiddler to add a quick start section to try to address reports of frustration from first time users:
In the interests of paying the bills, this update includes a much more prominent advertisement for Xememex, the commercial hosting service for TiddlyWiki that I operate through Federatial. I hope that this is not controversial.
