Refresh Assets DB before running tests #558

If automatic asset refresh is disabled, tests will be run on stale code. We should make sure that assets have been refreshed before running tests.

I think there is also an issue with not saving files when you hit run in the test runner toolbar, but this is likely an issue in Rider itself. Needs more testing to verify.
