Packages in the Unity Explorer are now immediately restored from the IntelliJ workspace model when reopening a project, rather than waiting for the backend to initialise and process the packages manifest or lock file. This is a much nicer experience for the Unity Explorer, and Rider will also restore expanded tree nodes correctly.
