Add support for the old format of
TagManager.assetwhere layers were stored as individual properties (Builtin Layer 0-Builtin Layer 7andUser Layer 8-User Layer 31) instead of as a simple array.Also refactors the helper methods for working with the YAML PSI and Unity specific PSI helpers.
