the arch install while using this guide to the letter, and adding a sudo user called aelis that would install yay
using a nonroot user I run ``makepkg -si`
and get this blob

Edit, I tried using export GOPROXY=https://goproxy.io,direct
and that did not change anything, so it is not IP related
the thing that may be a catch, this was made off of a hetzner server, and I know they've started to be banned in some places, any idea ?
