When entering text in the editor, there must be a format tag (p, div ...) specified in the editor.
Table cells are specified in a range format rather than a format tag, so text nodes cannot be modified properly in pasted table cells.
Table cells will be modified to have both format and range format attributes.
It was originally in this state, but it was incorrectly corrected in the latest update.
The above three issues will be integrated into this issue.
