feat: can use this package to do WADO-RS

querySeries(); Only Search to Series level data. renderSpecificSeries(seriesInstanceUID); Only
Search Specific Series and all level below Series. renderAllSeries(); get all level data by
StudyInstanceUID.

BREAKING CHANGE: querySeries(); Only Search to Series level data.
