A new cheat script is released to support beta-0.10.3

Changelog

Support version beta-0.10.3
Remove unused "max money" cheat
Fix "Kill all zombie" cheat which has no effect on a few zombie
"Full HP" cheat has effect on Lucy's & Horde's HP
Minor tweaks on Trainer's UI

Assets 2
