Thanks for fixing Issue cucumber#57!

Here's my shot at a feature for the rerun_formatter. I thought you might want to include this in your pull request.

Yes, naming the feature rerun_formatter.feature is much better than naming it after the issue.

I'd really like to see some specs. Nobody fancy trying to write the first spec for the rerun formatter? See my guidelines in the original ticket, it's pretty straightforward, and a much better place to specify edge-cases like this IMO.
