PFunc v1.0.1

Added minor bug fix for when there are fewer than 10 unique values in the input data.

Also updated the call for tick parameters, as "off" is being deprecated in matplotlib in favor of False, etc.

I tested this version out with some new versions of the dependencies. I found a few issues, the most visible being the problem with the axes. See the Issues tab for more, and if you find something not on that list, please report it.
