Exe Exterminator

This is a program written to delete files that include a certain string in their name.

Features

• Delete various types of file.
• Asks for the directory to search in.
• Lists all the files that have been deleted.
• Counts the amout of files that have been deleted.

Example

1. Run the exe file
2. Input the path of the Test folder.
3. Supply the file extention of the files you want to delete. (.exe or .txt in this case)

Project Inspiration

In our classroom we are expected to upload now and then a Delphi program to our Google Classroom. Our teacher doesn't want us to include the executable file when we do this. I also wanted to copy a large folder that included a lot of executable files. I didn't want to delete each of them manually. This inspired me to create this program.
