v2.1.0 - First release on this repo

Since this is the first release on this repo but not the first version of the applet, here is a short changelog since 2.0.0:

• Added the ability to reorder devices and modules
• Moved enable toggle for modules into order list
• Added ther ability for individual control over the auto-expanding of device sub-menus
