Install spyder an make this the default python IDE for the docker container #1

Jupyterlab and jupyternotebook do not provide a variable explorer (although there is this extension for jupyterlab https://github.com/lckr/jupyterlab-variableInspector which should be tested) + versioning control with .ipynb files is horrible.

This would requiring sharing the host's X-server (thus adding more arguments to docker run). See: https://medium.com/@SaravSun/running-gui-applications-inside-docker-containers-83d65c0db110
