@anthonybaldaccini can you make a screenshot of your Screen Saver panel from System Settings ?

Many people think Aerial is enabled while they are actually using the Sonoma built in saver.

Ha ok, that's another bug actually, the message isn't super clear. Try updating companion to 1.5.2 I'm fairly sure I fixed that one then : https://github.com/AerialScreensaver/AerialCompanion/releases/download/v1.5.2/Aerial.Companion.zip

You can check the release note where I mention fixing that exact thing here : https://github.com/AerialScreensaver/AerialCompanion/releases/tag/v1.5.2

I see the same message with the latest companion app 1.5.2. However, I do not see the Aerial option in Screen Saver settings. Please see the screenshots below.

@pnbabu looks like I didn't see your message

Try these steps :

  • Scroll the list all the way down, until you see an "Others" section
  • Scroll that line all the way to the right
  • Aerial will be there. Click it, make sure Show on all spaces/screens is activated and you'll be good to go.

Same goes @Jimmbo

Thanks, Guillaume!
First, fwiw my screensaver pane in Sonoma 14.3.1 looks a little different (language aside)

Second, it's quite well-hidden! I had to hit "other" and scroll down to see Aerial as the very last choice. See screenshot.
