Crash immediately, every time anything is installed or uninstalled.

As soon as you see the black install/uninstall console, the app crashes. It does not respring, it just crashes to the homescreen. As far as I can tell it is still installing/uninstalling things correctly, but I don't think this is intended behaviour.

I'm sure you want a log or something, but I'd need further instructions for that.
