ここ最近日報さぼりがちで開けても書かないことが多い、だめだね。

今日は腹筋・大腿筋の日だったのでそれをした。昨日まで筋トレ(i.e. 無酸素運動)の前にウォーミングアップとして室内でできる有酸素運動をやっていたが、どうやら筋トレ時に脂肪燃焼を促進してくれるホルモンが分泌されるので、無酸素運動→有酸素運動の流れでやるとより効果的らしい。ので、今日はその順序に従ってやった。
