Code which sync'd and displayed fidelity bond wallets was not updated to use python-bitcointx

utACK. These changes are correct for the new tx deserialized format. (Also this doesn't affect non-fidelity bond stuff anyway). |

I tested this by sync'ing the regtest fidelity bond wallets i have.
