For feature transformation, just run the feature_eng function on the dataframe. For the feature matrix, form it from the columns ORIGIN_CALL, ORIGIN_STAND, CALL_LABEL, YEAR, MONTH, DAY, HOUR, and WEEKDAY. The input to the model will need to be converted to a tensor and all its values converted to a float.
