I'm having a weird issue launching games that use Retroarch via Playnite, but only one of my PCs, a GPD Win 2.

When I launch a game from fullscreen mode in Playnite I can hear it in the background, but the Playnite UI is still showing on screen. I use controller to launch from Playnite, and after launch the controls are correctly being detected by Retroarch rather than Playnite -- I can hear myself interacting with the currently running game in Retroarch, but can still only see Playnite.

If I alt-tab to get Retroarch displayed, Windows shows it as the first window in the alt-tab list, i.e. first Retroarch, second Playnite, then a list of anything else that is open. So Retroarch is actually the active window -- it just isn't being displayed.

The GPD Win 2 uses an m3-7y30 CPU with Intel HD 615 graphics rather than a dedicated graphics card. My home PC which behaves properly has a discrete NVidia GTX-970 card.

Any way to debug this behavior?

EDIT: It seems like after first launching full screen, the first game will focus correctly. Any game launched after that will go into the background and need to be alt-tabbed to.
