BooleanConverter should return false for "no" and "n"

Oh wow. Good catch. I see that I have some nice copy/paste errors in the test around this also. :(

This was fixed with a pull request, so the fix is in the source if you want to build from that.

I will have the fix on NuGet soon hopefully. I've been crazy busy lately and haven't had the time to push out changes.
