Split list at cap of 500+ projects

Describe the issue:

This repo is based on the create-best-of-list guide, which in turn relies on the https://github.com/best-of-lists/best-of-generator template repo. In its documentation under Known Issues, it says

GitHub only renders the first 512 kb of the main README.md file and will cut off the rendered version as soon as it has processed the first 512 kb of the raw markdown content. [...] if you have a very large list of projects (more than 800), you might reach the 512 kb limit (check the file size of the generated README.md file). In this case, we suggest to extract some of the categories or projects into smaller best-of lists.

Currently, this list (best-of-atomistic-machine-learning), has ~350 projects. So, we are still well away from the critical rendering limit stated above. However, at some point, the list will have to split. In that case, create a new list and move all dead, stale or irrelevant projects into that other list. A possible title for the list could be "best-of-atomistic-machine-learning-archive".
