Hello everyone!

After over 2 months there are updates. I took care of other things for a while and made a small fix that had a BIG impact. I will now ask my mentor again if he will set up the website again and then we will move on!

[Experimential] Version 2.5.5

Hello everyone
It's only been a few days since we did the last update. Now with the help of "SehrGuterCode" on 05/16/23 we released the new update 2.5.5. This is new:

-Add launch.json (contains run configurations so vscode users can run the project instantly without having to configure something)
-Make footer collapsable (the footer takes a lot of space so I added a collapse button; the collapsed state will be saved and kept on reload)
-Make autocomplete items scrollable
-Submit form automatically when pressing enter
-Add data folder to .gitignore
-Fetch cities from a static file & load them async (speeds up page
loading time for users with slow internet & makes main.html easier to edit as it no longer has 10000 lines)
-Fix gradient on /more page
-Fix indentation of main.html (makes it easier to edit the code)
-Add a light shadow to the footer
-Add margin on right & left of the horizontal rule on top of the page
-Bar chart is now displayed on data page. Shows the differents between The city data and the Germany average data

[Stable] Version 2.5

Hello back!
After a long wait we have uploaded a new update. No, it's not the 3.0 update yet, but it's coming. As already said everything is a lot of work. Above all, the security of the data we need when registering. If we have a security gap when we store a lot of data, then that's not good. that's why I thought about not saving an email. Just a password and our name. We'll see! Back to the new update 2.5. A lot is new!

• Autocorrection when typing in the main page
• New design with a gradient (blue to green)
• Top 10 are no longer visible on website (will be back soon)
• Better usability on mobile etc.
• Other design changes in website
• Bug fixes

[Stable] Version 2.4.5

Hello everyone!

After 5 days it's time. The 2.4.5 update is out! Here are a few new features:

• Better analysis of data with arrows showing whether a value is higher or lower than the average
• API improved
• On the failure of for example No2 data, the server is better prepared

[Stable] Version 2.4

Hello everyone!

After a few weeks it's time for a new update. I have a lot of motivation to keep working at the moment. Especially that we as a project have been making updates for a very long time and are therefore always in Tob 4 in the "Last updated" category. I'm looking forward to writing such a DevLog after a few hours of work. So what's new in the 2.4 update?:

• The average in Germany is now displayed.
• The individual data of the station are now displayed
• Measurement information for all data (e.g. µm/m³ or µg/m³)

The following functions will definitely come in the next update:

• Display which data is better and which is worse than average (in percent)

[Stable] Version 2.3

Hello, everyone!
After a month's break, I would like to finally present the version 2.3 update. Everything took a little longer this time, but we're done. Now we have an API! An Open Data Json API to be precise. Now you can easily get air data via the wann-soll-ich-lüften.de API. Here are the latest changes!:

• A Json API
• Improvement of the website (stability)
• bug fixes
• "More" page loads again

That's all until now! In the future I will work on the Top 10 board so that it works. This time it may take a little longer for the website to be updated as I am not hosting the websie at the moment. We think that the website will be updated in 2-3 days at the latest. Until then, the API will not work either. So you'll have to wait :) I hope you're happy about the update!

[Experimential] Version 2.2 Public Beta 1

Hi!
After a long time, here is another update, and a big one at that. We worked on it for a long time because there were and still are many bugs. Nevertheless, I would like to present version 2.2 Public Beta 1. These are the new features (since 2.1):
-Our scale now updates automatically every hour

• There is now a top 10 board
• Bug fixes
• Scale changes

The website is currently working. BUT: Errors can occur when using it, therefore Public BETA. We'll get on with fixing more bugs tomorrow. We will most likely make 2 more updates in the public beta until 2.2 comes out as a full version. If you get more error messages send them to us via the issue tab in GitHub!

We made very small changes.

• Our scale now updates automatically every hour

Due to this change, all data remains up to date and values ​​no longer have to be evaluated on 2-day-old data.

Hello,
we have news for the 2.1 Update.
We made some changes that we want to share with you.
Since these changes are not too big, we decided not to make a new 3.0 version out of them.
Here are the latest changes:

• Better usability on phones and small screens
• Back buttons on all sides (Except the main side)
• Changes in the forecast for the next day
• Added a 'More' page (More info about the project)
• Website has now been indexed by google
