Moved Thunderwave from the Cantrip folder to the 1st_Level folder
Modified effects.js to update Thunderwave paths
Reduced resolution of Thunderwave and Shatter *.WebP
Deleted Wall_of_Fire folder
Move note.txt from Wall_of_Fire to Wall_Of_Fire Folder
