Install a local copy of Wordpress. You can use MAMP. https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress_Locally_on_Your_Mac_With_MAMP
Install a local Timber: https://github.com/jarednova/timber/wiki/Getting-Started%3A-Setup
Put the repo inside wp-content/themes/ and run Wordpress locally.
You will need some plugin to see all the features:
- Advanced Custom fields
- Timber
- Category Icons
- Yet Another Related Posts Plugin
- Contact Form 7
- Category Icons

Update your files (minify and stuff) with grunt. In order to use it run npm install before starting it, otherwise you don't have enough js in your project! You can run grunt just typing grunt in your terminal in the directory
