How to add a new Todo

When you open the App, you find a round Button with a + Sign on it
in the bottom right corner of your Screen.
When you press that Button, a new Screen opens up.
Here you can enter the Title, Content and Tags for your Todo.
Then you press the 'Confirm' Button and there you go.
Congrats 🎉. You just created your first Todo
