(breaking) An MLFlowLogger (exported) is now renamed to Logger (unexported). So a logger instance is now instantiated with
using MLJFlow; logger = MLJFlow.Logger(baseuri).I've update the TagBot config file and played around with workflow settings. So hopefully we'll get a new release tag this time.
