Changelog is out of date

I'd like to know what changed in 0.13.0 but the changelog file lists 0.1.0 as the most recent release.

We should either delete or update the changelog.

I don't have time to do this myself, but if I were to do it I would simply ask GitHub to compare v0.12.0 and v0.13.0 (see here). The list of commits contains links to associated pull requests, which might be easier to follow from a high level than the diff itself.

Sorry for not being more helpful, but hopefully you can extract the information you need from there.
