Add renderable trait

This would help with things that are WebIO aware to display the right thing.

In particular, my thoughts here are that this would allow Juno to simply check if something is WebIO-renderable and then use WebIO.render to display it. Currently, Juno knows how to display scopes because it defines its own method for rendering into its own MIME type.
