I had a large data file opened per accident in juno, deleted them in the finder and now Juno freezes when booting up. I assume there is some information stored somewhere that now creates some issue. Where can I find these files on OS X? I assume I can just delete them to let Juni start fresh?

Sure, all of Juno/LT's settings are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/LightTable/ or ~/Library/Application Support/Juno-LT/ (or something similar to that) so if you find one of those, just delete that.
