After a better look at Heimlich repository, ITF stands for Interval Tests Framework, i.e. the python code which generates codes in different languages from yaml files. While the test suite itself is Interval Tests Libraries (ITL), since this code is technically speaking taking the ITL test suite (like literally the ITL folder from the repository) and translating those to Julia, maybe ITL.jl or ITL1788.jl would be a better name?
