upgrade to LLVM 6.0.1 #28745

and the eternal march continues. LLVM 7 is on the horizon and before we go there let's take a pit stop at 6.0.1

Travis has a ptrtoint assertion:

Illegal inttoptr
	  %scevgep9 = ptrtoint i32 addrspace(13)* %scevgep to i64
Illegal inttoptr
	  %scevgep1011 = ptrtoint i32 addrspace(13)* %scevgep10 to i64

in llvm-gc-invariant-verifier.cpp:178

(which uses the BB build https://github.com/staticfloat/LLVMBuilder/tree/542a28a82b330aa3b53792ee0b0fd03614cbd649/patches/llvm_patches)

The rest needs an updated patch.

Ok the assertion came from the bb building from a stale patch.
